The strategic importance of the aquifers of the M'léta plain plays an important role in the supply in terms of drinking water production (Hassani, M.I, 1987), but also industrial and agricultural water. However, it has become exposed to all the phenomena of environmental degradation (ABDELHAMID. K, ABDERRAHMANE. B, 2013). In this context, the current study will provide a scientific overview of the geochemical, statistical studies of the current state of the aquifer of the eastern part of the plain and the general conditions that control the mineralization processes of the aquifer (W. CHAIB, N. And al, 2013). The interpretation of the analyzes carried out on 16 samples showed that this water is relatively rich in sulphates and chlorides, and that they are accompanied either by sodium, calcium or magnesium. This indicates a distinction between two families of water, which are the sodium chloride or calcium chloride facies. The second consists of calcium or sodium sulphate waters and sometimes magnesium sulphate. It is possible that the presence of these facies is due to their influence by the outcrop formations. As for the statistical analyses, they show a strong correlation between the electrical conductivity and the majority of the chemical elements, which indicates the effect of the interaction between the fresh water and the rocks of the bottom on this mineralization, and the results shown that there is sometimes a lack of saturation with respect to certain minerals, In addition to the suitability of water for irrigation in the plain of M'léta
