Terms & Conditions

By registering for the conference you hereby agree the following terms and conditions. Before proceeding ahead with the registration, you are advised to read them thoroughly.

• Attendants, delegates & speakers are fully responsible to their belongings at the venue, which means we will not be held responsible for any missing of their personal items, brought to the conference.
• Bringing press or media in the event must be approved in writing by the organizers prior to the event.
• Full payment (prior to the event) must be done in order to secure your speaking slot at the venue.
• All registration cancellation must be made in writing to: contact@gsfconferences.com
• GSF will not take any liability for personal rigging, injuries, or damage belonging to the delegates during the event.

Request for an Invitation Letter

For security reasons, letter of invitation will be sent only to the registered participants.

Visa Information

• Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would advise all the participants to apply for visa as soon as possible.
• Organizers will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
• All invitees should apply only for business visa.
• Visa issues cannot be considered under the cancellation policy of Global Scientific Forum LLC, including the inability to obtain a visa

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference secretariat.
• Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $100 service Fee.
• Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment refund.
• Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for refund.
• E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be made after the completion of the conference.
• Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities. The organizer will provide opportunity for the registered participants to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences.

Postponement

• If Global Scientific Forum LLC cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for any of our Global Scientific Forum LLC events which occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
• All registration cancellation must be made in writing to: contact@gsfconferences.com

Transfer of Registration

All paid registrations are transferable to another person of the same organization or substitute referred by the registrant. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to: finance@globalscientificforum.com which includes the full name of substitute, title of his/her presentation, phone number and email address.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Global Scientific Forum LLC if the person is unable to attend.

Registrations cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 15 days of the conference start date. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for refund.

Privacy and Authorization Policy

By registering for the conference, you authorise Global Scientific Forum LLC to photograph, film, or record you and to use your name, picture, and remarks in publications, advertising, or other forms worldwide.

Registration

• Please be informed that registration fees do not include any insurance of any kind. It is the duty of individual member to arrange necessary insurance cover, Global Scientific Forum will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal property.
• All transportation and parking is the sole responsibility of the registrant.
• If any event is postponed or cancelled by Global Scientific Forum LLC for certain reason, and you are unable to attend on that particular rescheduled date, you will receive a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid, which you can use for another GSF event within one year from the date of Postponement.

Accommodation

Providers (Hotels) pursue their own policy of booking and cancelation; Normally they entertain cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival. Then you are firmly advised to contact us, if you decide to cancel or amend your accommodation, so that we can guide you properly to avoid all hassles related to cancelation or amending your reservation.
