Global Scientific Forum would like to bring new membership plan to young researcher (Post Graduates) with new possibilities in outsourcing to publish their articles with fewer processing charges.

Normally, while publishing in open access allows for more scholars to access the article and therefore gain more citations, it often puts a large financial burden on the author. Global Scientific Forum has significantly reduced the article processing charges (APCs) to make open access more affordable for authors as well.
